Our service
Gift Giver facilitates physical gift orders for Australian delivery. The operating entity, ABN and business contact details must be added before launch.
Gift packs
A Gift You pack contains 2–6 options and permits one recipient choice. The upfront total includes the maximum gift price, delivery allowance and disclosed platform fee. A confirmed choice triggers a refund of any difference. Unchosen packs expire after 30 days, with gift and delivery amounts refunded and the platform fee retained.
Responsible use
Do not share unlawful, abusive or misleading messages, upload material you do not have rights to use, or attempt to obtain another person’s private information. Shared content must be appropriate for its recipient. Reporting and moderation procedures must be verified before launch.
Consumer rights
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law. Final liability and dispute terms require legal review.
