What is Gift You?
You choose 2–6 gift options and add a personal e-card. The recipient chooses one gift and enters their own delivery details.
What is Gift Me?
A wishlist you can share with people you love. Gifters choose items while your delivery address stays private.
How much does a pack cost?
The highest gift price in the pack, the Remote delivery allowance for that option and a $4.95 platform fee. The review step shows the total before payment.
What if they choose a less expensive gift?
The difference in gift price and the final delivery cost is refunded to the sender after the choice is confirmed. Bank processing time can vary.
What happens if they do not choose?
A pack expires 30 days after sending. The gift and delivery amounts are refunded; the $4.95 platform fee is retained. Reminders are planned for days 7, 21 and 28.
Can the sender see the delivery address?
No. Delivery details are limited to the recipient or list owner and authorised fulfilment staff. They are excluded from gifter views and customer communications.
What if an option is out of stock?
Unavailable options cannot be selected. If every option becomes unavailable, the sender will need to choose replacements or a refund.
Do you deliver outside Australia?
Gift Giver is designed for Australian delivery. Delivery availability and cost depend on the product and postcode.
Can I place a live order now?
No. This staging version contains labelled test products. Payment, fulfilment and policies must pass launch checks before real orders open.
