Information we collect

Account details, gift choices, card messages, order records and delivery details are used to operate the gifting service. Optional push notification tokens are collected only if notifications are enabled.

Private delivery

List addresses are encrypted and excluded from gifter checkout, receipts and public responses. Authorised staff and suppliers use delivery details only for fulfilment and necessary order support.

Payments and providers

Payments are intended to be processed by Stripe. Card numbers must not be stored by Gift Giver. The final hosting, email, analytics and SDK provider inventory, overseas disclosures and retention periods must be confirmed before launch.

Access and deletion

You can request account deletion from the account page. Some order records may need to be retained for tax, accounting and legal obligations. The final retention schedule and privacy contact must be approved before launch.
