Price and delivery adjustments
A confirmed Gift You choice results in a refund of the difference between the upfront allowance and the selected gift plus actual delivery. Refunds return to the original payment method.
Unchosen packs
After 30 days, an unchosen pack expires. The gift price and delivery allowance are refunded; the disclosed platform fee is retained.
Faulty or misdescribed gifts
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded. Remedies depend on the nature of the problem.
Change of mind
Supplier return conditions, any change-of-mind period and return delivery costs must be confirmed before launch. This draft does not promise a change-of-mind return window.
